Shipping & Returns


All orders are shipped from California. You will receive an order confirmation via email after placing your order. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped. All orders will be promptly processed and typically shipped within 2 to 3 business days after the order has been paid for, unless otherwise specified on the individual product description page. Please note, custom made items usually have a turnaround of about 2 weeks.

Domestic Orders: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect it to arrive within 1 week, but usually much sooner depending on the shipping method you choose.

International Orders: Once your order has been processed and shipped, it will typically arrive to the destination country within 10 days, but will often take a few extra days (or in rare cases, weeks) to clear customs inspection. Please note that international shipments are at the mercy of your countries policies and may be subject to additional inspection, duties, or fees. I can't be held liable for any delays or custom fees that you may incur on your countries behalf. You are advised to read the import policies of your country before placing an international order.

Please note that for both domestic and international orders, I cannot accept liability for unclaimed, misplaced, or lost packages. This must be handled with your local post office.

Returns & Exchanges:

All apparel and accessories that I create are made in limited numbers and in most cases, made to order. For this reason, returns and exchanges cannot usually be accepted, with the obvious exception of mistakes or defective goods. You are encouraged to please read the product descriptions carefully and ask any questions you may have before making a purchase.

Order Modifications & Cancellations:

Any requests to change or cancel your order will be carefully considered, but please note, such requests cannot usually be granted once processing on your order has begun.
